Smoothie Maker Energy for Breakfast
A healthy lifestyle is one where you are contributing to your well being constantly throughout the day. Everything is a part of being healthy, exercise, sleep, diet and keeping yourself well groomed. But each day does start off with breakfast, so it’s good to start it off right.
I’ve always subscribed to the best meal of the day is your first. And I do it with something that doesn’t come in a box or wrapper, I use only fresh foods. I make my first meal each day in a smoothie maker.
You should always try and switch up the ingredients you have for breakfast. Feed your body new and tasty things to reward it for getting you through each day. Using the mixer will allow you to have a variety of foods.
I try to incorporate good proteins and carbohydrates in every smoothie maker meal. It takes no time at all to make and I’ll drink it on the way to work. Check out what a typical smoothie might consist of for me.
In the summer I usually always go for fruit. So I might use some strawberries and banana in with some crushed ice. If I worked out hard the night before I’ll add in some protein powder.
In the winter months I’m less likely to use fruit, but I still do at times. So I just use something with a mocha taste, such as a yogurt, depending on the temperature outside I may add some ice. I’ll also put in some milk to add to my protein source.
Start the day like this and it won’t take long before you begin to notice a big difference in your energy levels. I feel like I have more energy and don’t get really hungry before lunch. You might want to start making yourself smoothies or breakfast shakes, it might pick up your day also.
